This Prohibited Activities Policy applies to your use of the Elios website, mobile application, platform, Card Program Interface, Elios Card, and any related products or services made available by Elios from time to time, collectively, the "Services."

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Elios Terms of Service. This Policy supplements the Elios Terms of Service, the applicable Cardholder Agreement, card program rules, and any requirements imposed by Elios's Card Program Providers or other service providers.

The policies outlined below help keep the Elios ecosystem safe and compliant.

1. General Prohibitions

You may not use the Services, Card Program Interface, or Elios Card in any manner that:

• violates, or assists in violating, any Applicable Law, Sanctions, Card Network rule, Card Program Provider requirement, the Terms, any Cardholder Agreement, or this Policy;
• circumvents or limits authentication, onboarding, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud-prevention, geographic, or other risk-control measures imposed by Elios, its service providers, or third parties;
• uses mixers, tumblers, prohibited privacy-enhancing tools, or similar methods to obscure the origin, ownership, or destination of funds;
• involves market manipulation, insider trading, fraudulent investment schemes, structuring, layering, smurfing, or similar activity intended to evade reporting, monitoring, or legal requirements.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use your Elios Account, the Services, or the Elios Card for any of the following:

• Unlawful activity: activity that violates Applicable Law or Sanctions, involves proceeds of unlawful activity, or involves unlawful material or information.
• Abusive activity: activity that disrupts, damages, overburdens, interferes with, or gains unauthorized access to the Services, Elios systems, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, or third-party systems.
• Malicious code or circumvention: use of viruses, malware, bots, spiders, Trojan horses, worms, VPNs, proxies, anonymization tools, location spoofing, device spoofing, or similar methods to bypass restrictions or impair the Services.
• Abuse of others: harassment, threats, extortion, stalking, impersonation, defamation, unlawful data collection, or conduct promoting hate, intolerance, violence, or unlawful harm.
• Fraud: activity that deceives, defrauds, or attempts to deceive or defraud Elios, users, merchants, providers, Card Networks, or any other person, including by providing false or misleading information.
• Unlawful gambling: illegal or unapproved lotteries, bidding fee auctions, sports forecasting, odds making, fantasy sports with cash prizes, internet gaming, contests, sweepstakes, or games of chance.
